(7) Turn on the high-pressure air dryer.

(8) In the DNC state, the numerical control program is transmitted through the DNC network.

(9) At the beginning, the knife should be fed slowly, and when the knife cuts into the workpiece, the feed rate switch will be adjusted to the normal speed when the cutting is smooth and normal. Adjust the speed switch to make the sound loud and the cutting is smooth. Determine the appropriate speed S and feed F according to the requirements, so that the cutting volume of each edge can reach the reasonable and efficient requirements.

(10) If machining steel parts, pay close attention to the degree of wear of the knife particles when opening, and adjust or replace them in time if any problems are found.

(11) It is necessary to have a good understanding of the machine tool accuracy, tool rotation accuracy, and machining errors you use, and to communicate closely with the programmer to ensure that there is enough margin for light cutting.

(12) After the processing is completed, it should be measured on the machine tool against the programming graphics. If it does not pass, the reason should be analyzed. It should be reprogrammed by adjusting the programming allowance or adjusting the compensation number until it passes. Remove it after passing. Clean the machine tool and prepare to process the next piece.
