Abstract:
CNC lathe machining quality requirements:
1. Reasonable use of knives. Light knives for processing steel and copper should be strictly differentiated, and the balance of light knives should be reasonable, so that the smoothness of the workpiece and the service life of the tool will be better.
2. Before processing, use a calibration table to check whether the tool is swinging within the allowable tolerance range. The cutter head and lock nozzle should be blown clean with an air gun or wiped with a cloth before loading the knife. If it is too dirty, it will have a certain impact on the accuracy and quality of the workpiece.
3. When clamping, pay attention to whether the name and model of the workpiece and the program sheet are the same, whether the material size matches, whether the clamping height is high enough, and the number of calipers used.
4. The program sheet should be consistent with the direction of the reference angle marked by the mold, and then check whether the upper 3D drawing is correct, especially the workpiece that has been drilled with water, be sure to see if the 3D drawing is consistent with the workpiece‘s water transportation. If there is any confusion, please give feedback to the programmer or ask the fitter to check the 2D drawing in time to see if the 2D and 3D reference angles are consistent.
5. The program list should be normalized, including the mold number, name, program name, processing content, tool size, feed, quantity, especially the safe length of tool clamping, the reserved allowance for each program, and the light knife. It should be clearly indicated that the place where the R surface and the plane should be connected should be indicated on the program list. The operator should increase the processing time by 0.02~ 0.05MM to process first. Stop when the gong is used for a few knives to see if it is connected. Touch with your hand whether it is starting. If it is not, then lower the gong.
6. There must be a 2D or 3D drawing on the program sheet, and the "X length, Y width, and Z height" hexagonal data should be marked. If there is a plane, the "Z" value should be marked. It is convenient for the operator to check whether the data is correct after processing. If there are tolerances, the tolerance data should be indicated.
7. Machine tool processing speed should be strictly controlled by the operator. The F-speed and S-spindle speed should be adjusted reasonably to each other. When the F-speed is fast, it should be accelerated relative to the S-spindle. If there is a feed speed in different areas, it must be adjusted. After processing, check the quality before disembarking, and achieve perfect processing at one time.
