What issues should factories pay attention to when electrophoretic coating during Metal Stamping processing?
1. Operators open the door from the inside to prevent exposed skin from touching the outside, and wear clean gloves to contact the phosphate layer.
2. Ensure the cleanliness of the parts before phosphating, prevent external impurities from contaminating the surface of the phosphating film, clean the excess sealant on the outer surface of the stamping parts with a clean and oil-free solution, and blow dry the impurities and water on the outer surface of the stamping parts.
3. Ensure that the small parts are firmly attached to the transportation chain, properly equipped, and connected to electrodes and cables.
4. Ensure that the parts entering the groove are free of foreign objects, such as water, oil droplets, excess sealants, solvents, welding heads, etc. Ensure that the phosphating part has no discoloration, no stripes, no patterns, no water stains, etc., and is a uniform and common phosphating film;
5. Do not directly touch the surface of the phosphating film with your hands. Do not perform unnecessary sealant or other operations between the phosphating and electrophoresis processes. Do not rub the phosphating stamped parts; 6. Do not intentionally slow down or stop the transport chain after phosphating. If you have no choice, you can only choose to stop the operation before phosphating.
7. Ensure that each metal stamping part is provided with a sufficient electrophoresis time, and establish a control card for each operating parameter held by the experimenter.
8. Equipped with electrophoresis tank and electrophoresis system analysis equipment, record tank analysis, addition, system inspection and operation data, and control the operation parameters of the tank.
9. Technicians are responsible for solving various problems of the electrophoresis tank, formulating maintenance specifications and tank fluid replenishment methods to shorten the equipment shutdown cycle.
10. The output of the ultrafiltrate should conform to the planned flow rate, control the appropriate tank liquid stirring, do not produce foam, and replace the filter bag to maintain a specific pressure difference.
11. Ensure that the paint addition system operates normally, ensure that the paint cooling system is always operating at maximum efficiency, and that the tank temperature is controlled within the operating parameters, and complete all equipment repairs, and document.
12. Establish an alarm device for the electrophoresis system when no one is present and a device that can alarm in the event of a power outage.
