How to calculate the cost of Sheet Metal Processing? All product prices include material and processing fees, surface treatment fees, various taxes and fees, and profits. The specific price depends on the specific drawings. How to use the hardware processing fee of Jiuding Machinery as an example to illustrate the classification based on different processing equipment, and the stamping mold processing components are called hardware processing; Digital stamping, laser, and shearing products are called sheet metal processing. To understand the cost of sheet metal processing, it is necessary to know the processing algorithms and prices of sheet metal and hardware. In addition, hardware processing also needs to consider the cost of the mold. Taking a single set of process hardware molds as an example to calculate the processing cost:

The cost composition of hardware generally consists of mold cost, material cost, transportation cost, value-added tax, 15-20% management fee, etc. Taking electrolytic plates as an example.

1、 Mold cost The cost of a mold depends on its processing size, processing quantity, precision requirements, etc. Generally, the processing cost of a mold is much higher than the material cost. 2、 Material cost refers to the maximum material cost required by the drawing=material volume * material density * material loss rate during the processing, which also needs to consider the material unit price.

The processing cost is borne by each process required for product processing. Here is an explanation of the main process cost composition:

1. The cost composition of mold cutting=equipment depreciation sharing fee, labor cost, auxiliary materials and equipment depreciation amortization: equipment depreciation is calculated on a 2-year basis, with 12 months per year and 22 days and 8 hours per month. For example, depreciation of 200000 molds per hour=20 * 10000/2/12/22/8=47.4 yuan/hour labor cost: each mold requires two operators and one mold installer to pay. The salary is similar to that of an operator. The average monthly salary for each person is 5400 yuan per hour, which means the cost per hour is 5400 * 3/22/8=93 yuan/hour

Auxiliary material cost: Each punching machine requires about 2000 yuan of electricity per month, calculated for 22 days and 8 hours per month. The cost is 2000/22/8=11.4 yuan/hour

3. Composition of surface treatment spraying cost: Spraying cost:=powder cost, labor cost, auxiliary material cost, equipment depreciation. The powder cost is calculated in square meters, with a unit price of 25-60 yuan/kg. Each kilogram of powder can be sprayed for 4-5 square meters. That is to say, the powder cost is about 6-12 yuan/square meter: spraying 6000 yuan/person per month, 22 days and 8 hours per month, about 30 square meters per hour. Labor cost=6000/22/8/30=1.14 yuan/square meter Auxiliary material cost: The cost of pre-treatment fluid, primer, curing furnace and other auxiliary materials is about 50000 yuan. Spray 30 square meters per hour for 8 hours on 22 days per month. The auxiliary material cost is 50000/22/8/30=9.47 yuan/square meter, and the total spraying cost is about 10.6 yuan/square meter, without the need for local protection.

4、 Packaging fee

Packaging costs include packaging materials and labor costs. Due to differences in product size and packaging methods, prices also vary, ranging from approximately 20-30 yuan/cubic meter. Transportation management fees are charged based on operational costs and are usually allocated to the product.

6、 Management expenses

Management expenses are divided into two parts: factory rental water and electricity, and financial expenses; Management expenses usually account for about 10% of the total sales price.
