3. The machining program should be checked for accuracy before running. When using the high-speed function of the machining center, it is necessary to confirm the matching of the cutting tools.
4. After starting the machining center machine, check whether the movement of the spindle and worktable in all directions is normal, and whether there are any abnormal noises.
5. During the machining process, attention should be paid to the movement and machining status of the machine tool at all times to ensure that any abnormal phenomena are encountered. When there is noise and alarm, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and processing. The machining center can only continue after troubleshooting.
