The inspection standards for Metal Stamping parts are aimed at providing reliable and accurate identification during the stamping production inspection process, improving inspection quality and efficiency, and ensuring that the company's products meet customer needs.

1、 Raw materials and scale

1. The raw materials and thickness used for metal stamping parts should meet customer requirements;

2. The external dimensions of metal stamping parts should match the size of the drawing;

3. The orientation, diameter, and depth of punching and deepening of metal stamping parts should be consistent with the drawings;

4. The folding angle of metal stamping parts should be consistent with the drawing;

5. The gap between the metal stamping parts and the surface after edge pressing is less than or equal to 0.2mm. The processing factory has such strict acceptance standards for metal stamping parts(pic1) II. Defect Types

1. Scratch: shallow grooves in the form of strips on the surface of the product caused by improper protection during processing, packaging, and transportation;

2. Deformation: Product plane deformation caused by improper adjustment of processing equipment or material due to internal stress;

3. Phishing: Cutting or stamping to leave uneven edges;

4. Concave convex marks: Abnormal protrusions or depressions on the surface of metal stamping parts;

5. Scrap: Metal fragments that adhere to the edges or interior of processed parts due to improper processing after stamping or cutting;

6. Uneven cutting: Improper positioning or equipment fixation during the processing, resulting in uneven cutting of product edges;

7. Oxidation: Chemical reaction between raw materials and oxygen in the air;

8. Stain: formed by the adhesion of unknown oil stains or dirt during the processing;

The above are the inspection standards for metal stamping parts. As a stamping parts processing factory, we should strictly control the inspection of processed and formed metal stamping parts, and never allow unqualified metal stamping parts to enter the market. We only need to deliver qualified products that meet the customer's requirements in order to achieve a win-win situation.
