Firstly, everyone must resolutely implement the company's strategic planning and action plan, unify deployment, unified action, and unified resource mobilization, because in 2019, the only thing we can be certain of is "uncertainty". In the face of this uncertainty, the only thing we can do is the certainty of our leadership and action capabilities. I hope that the work of each department will strictly follow the company's plan and drive according to the needs of customers. Do not indulge in self admiration, complacency, or arrogance.

Next is the product, the product, and the product. The product is our bullet, and marketing is like a gun. No matter how good the gun is, it has no power without excellent bullets. The most important first thing in front of us is to make the products that customers need the ultimate and achieve the most suitable cost-effectiveness. This short sentence conveys three pieces of information. Firstly, we need to develop products that meet the needs of the market or major customers, improve the conversion rate of product development, avoid developing too many products with very few sales, and achieve extremely low product conversion rates, which is a huge waste of resources; The second is to shorten the development cycle of the product, prioritize all research and development, and avoid the occurrence of many product quality, process, and equipment problems during mass production after the sample is OK, which may prevent mass production and delay the excellent product launch time; The third is that product development is the first source of cost and efficiency control, and companies need to invest more resources in product development. In 2019, all departments need to reduce their staffing. Only in development, we need to increase investment. We deeply understand that without research and development, there is no future, and without research and development, there is no core competitiveness. The third is to activate the organization and outstanding individuals. The core of enterprise management is the problem of people, and behind people is the problem of mechanisms. Behind mechanisms is the evaluation and accounting of value creation.
