What are the requirements for designing stamping die part drawings

Release time:2024-11-16     Number of views :

It is crucial to plan a stamping die diagram, as the quality of the plan directly affects the production and cost of the stamping die. So what should we pay attention to when making stamping die part drawings? The stamping parts processing factory will show you:

1. The view requirements are correct and abundant; The selected view should fully and accurately represent the structural shape and scale of the internal and external parts, and the number of views should be minimized;

2. The graphics should be well made; Drawing a part diagram is to reflect the structure of the part, and should provide illustrations for processing the part. For non-standard parts or parts that require further processing despite being standard parts, a part diagram needs to be made. Some parts, although standard parts, still need to have missing holes, screw through holes, and pin holes machined on them

3. The view of the part drawing should be arranged correctly; To ensure the correct production of part drawings, it is recommended to draw part drawings according to the installation orientation, while drawing part drawings for shaft parts according to the machining orientation. The front view of the component on the installation diagram reflects the structure in the thickness direction, while the top view shows the structure in the original plane;

4. The marking scale should be correct, and all matching scales and precision requirements should be marked as public service. The scale that needs to be processed during the installation process should be marked on the installation drawing. If it is necessary to mark it on the mold part drawing, it should be marked near the relevant scale. When a certain margin is left for installation requirements, the compensation amount of the installation chain and the required fitting scale, service and surface roughness after installation can be marked on the parts drawing;

5. Any conditions and requirements that are not easily represented by symbols or in drawings, but must be ensured during production, should be specified in the skill conditions, and the content varies with different parts, requirements, and processing methods.
