1、 Purpose of the exercise:

In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of all staff, respond to the requirements of the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Shenzhen Municipal Government for the construction of the "four abilities" of fire safety in social units, and ensure the effective achievement of the "four abilities", the company's safety committee authorizes the management department to regularly organize training for the main responsible persons of each department on fire safety knowledge and safety awareness, to instill the safety concept of fire safety while promoting safe production. In order to further implement theoretical knowledge into practical applications, enhance employees' basic skills and fire safety awareness in escaping dangerous situations, and enable all employees to understand the methods and ways of escape and mutual rescue, clarify the escape routes in case of various emergency accidents, and implement the responsibilities of each fire safety responsible person, the management department planned and organized the 2017 year-end fire safety drill.

2、 Exercise preparation:

On the morning of December 26, 2017 at 9:45 am, a mobilization work was carried out for volunteer firefighters and all management personnel through a meeting, and specific role plays were subdivided. For the first time, confidentiality measures were implemented for handling emergencies. According to the requirements of the agreement, the exercise participants were evacuated as soon as they received the alarm information.

This exercise is divided into two parts: one is the emergency evacuation exercise for personnel, and the other is the firefighting practical exercise; The focus is on emergency evacuation drills to ensure that all employees can evacuate in an orderly manner in the event of an emergency.

On the morning before the exercise, assign various tasks to individuals at the mobilization meeting and clarify the fire responsibilities and obligations of each volunteer fire brigade and department/workshop leader; Special emphasis was placed on emergency evacuation in response to unexpected events. Departments/workshops are not allowed to prepare for "escape" while waiting for work, and must evacuate suddenly under normal working conditions.

4、 Evacuation Exercise:

① [PM16:50] In order to achieve the purpose of sudden evacuation, before the exercise began, safety instructors and alert teams were planned to inspect personnel in various departments/workshops to ensure that they were still in normal working condition;

The heads of various departments (volunteer firefighters) responded quickly and issued the order to "stop production operations and evacuate personnel urgently" based on their understanding of fire warning knowledge and common sense;

③ 【 PM17:02 】 The members of the evacuation team of the volunteer fire brigade have followed the prescribed procedures and appeared in their respective positions according to their designated 'roles'; Electrical team members and maintenance personnel rushed to the main power switch as soon as possible and "pulled the switch" to cut off the power.

④ 【 PM17:02:18 】 A group of CNC employees in the production department quickly "escaped" from the workshop and rushed towards the "safe assembly point";

⑤ 【 PM17:02:25 】 Employees from the CNC Group 2 and Group 3 of the production department have gradually "withdrawn" from hazardous areas;

5、 Fire drill:

① 【 PM17:15 】 The safety instructor began to explain the usage of ABC type dry powder fire extinguishers to all employees; Enable all employees to understand the use of the most basic firefighting equipment;

② 【 PM17:20 】 Volunteer firefighters raised a raging fire with prepared combustibles on site and prepared to demonstrate firefighting techniques using fire extinguishers;

③ 【 PM17:21 】 The safety instructor finished the explanation, and the deputy safety commander personally demonstrated the correct use of the fire extinguisher. He held the fire extinguisher in his right hand and stood 3 meters away from the ignition point, running towards it while shaking it. He stopped about 1.5 meters away from the ignition point, pulled out the safety bolt of the fire extinguisher with his left hand, picked up the nozzle and aimed it at the ignition point, and decisively pressed the tongue with his right hand. "Chup~Chup..." The white fire extinguishing agent instantly extinguished the previously "arrogant" flame, leaving only bursts of white smoke.

④ 【 PM17:22 】 When employees saw this scene, they were all eager to try. All new employees and those who had not used fire extinguishing equipment participated in this firefighting practical battle; Special praise is given to the female employees who are not inferior to any male employees in responding to emergencies, and who have mastered the skills of firefighting

⑤ 【 PM17:22 】 More than 40 employees took turns carrying fire extinguishers and rushed towards the ignition point eagerly. They skillfully unplugged the plug and pressed their tongues repeatedly when they reached the ignition point. "Chup~Chup..." The white dry powder fire extinguishing agent instantly extinguished the flames. After the 'raging fire' was ignited again, the subsequent 'firefighters' quickly rushed forward and extinguished the fire using the correct method to prevent it from spreading.

⑥ The newly added fuel was reignited, and the flames rose more than 2 meters high. However, a fire extinguisher failed to extinguish them in time, causing bursts of laughter from the employees.

⑦ The actual firefighting exercise ended after a brief drill.

6、 Meaning:

Through this fire drill, all employees have gained an understanding of evacuation techniques for emergency situations, especially basic fire extinguishing equipment and its usage methods and essentials. They have also learned about simple self rescue methods for responding to fires, which has improved their practical experience.

7、 Summary and improvement:

① This exercise was conducted without prior notice, and all personnel were evacuated in just 52 seconds;

② During the evacuation, all employees reacted very quickly and treated it as a real 'danger' before evacuating;

③ The heads of each department/workshop have effectively promoted safety awareness, and employees have a thorough understanding of evacuation routes, enabling them to quickly escape the "danger" through the correct escape route.

④ The overall commander of safety, Mr. Sun, paid close attention to the progress of the exercise and attached great importance to safety work.

⑤ All employees, especially new hires, showed great enthusiasm for participation and participated in practical operations.

① The rescue mission was not completed in one go.

② During the evacuation process, some employees did not behave rigorously and exhibited some playful behavior.

③ An operation drill on the use of fire hydrants has not been conducted, and it will be added in the next drill.
