(1) Expand the scope of CNC lathes and milling compound machines to achieve "one machine for multiple uses". Equipping the machine tool with appropriate conversion tools and fixtures can perform similar machining and expand the machining range, such as lathes, rocker drills, CNC lathes, workbenches, boring molds, and drilling machines that can be used for lathes and drilling machines.
(2) Reduced the requirements for workers' technical skills and lowered their labor intensity. Due to the use of mechanical tools, it avoids the limitations of workers' technical level and route, and the impact of marking accuracy on component quality. Workers can only operate when the workpiece is in good condition in the fixture, ensuring product quality and reducing labor intensity.
(3) Improve labor productivity and reduce processing costs. The tools used have a short installation time and do not need to be found. Time markings and some fixtures can also improve the stiffness of the workpiece, which is beneficial for increasing cutting quantity and reducing movement time. If the workpiece clamping and pneumatic hydraulic quick linkage clamping device are further utilized, auxiliary time can be further reduced and labor productivity can be improved.
(4) Ensure machining accuracy and stable quality of parts. During the cutting process, the workpiece is inevitably subjected to cutting forces. Using fixtures, the workpiece is in the correct position relative to the machine cutting tool without cutting force damage. The machining accuracy is not affected by subjective factors when the workpiece is installed on the fixture clamping device. In specialized fixtures, manual marking and turning of eccentricity have much higher accuracy.
