1. Ball screws are moving parts that must be adequately lubricated to avoid oil loss and friction damage. When the machine tool uses high flow cooling, it is important to increase the lubrication frequency and flow rate of the ball screws to prevent rusting.

2. Be careful to avoid particles such as chips, dust, and impurities from entering the secondary working area of the ball screw, which may cause damage to the screw.

3. Strictly prevent collisions, which may cause displacement damage to the ball screw nut reverser and affect accuracy, resulting in noise.

2、 Maintenance instructions for motors of milling and turning composite machine tools

1. The main motor (variable frequency motor or dual speed motor) and the drive motor (stepper motor or servo motor) should be moisture-proof. If the motor enters the water, it will cause a short circuit between the motor phases and burn the motor; Servo motors should be collision resistant, as collisions can cause damage to the servo motor encoder.

2. When equipped with servo motors or variable frequency speed regulation, the cause of the alarm and the method to eliminate the alarm can be identified based on the alarm information (alarm number) of the servo drive or variable frequency converter, or the manufacturer can be directly contacted.

3. When using a frequency converter, if the digital operator indicator light of the AC motor drive is not turned off after cutting off the AC power supply, it indicates that there is still high voltage inside the AC motor drive, which is very dangerous. Do not touch the internal circuits and components, and operate it after 5 minutes of power outage.

4. When the machine tool is not in use for a long time, the main power should be cut off, and the machine tool should run continuously for 2-3 hours at least once a month.

3、 Maintenance instructions for spindle of milling and turning composite machine tool

1. In order to ensure the long-term smooth operation and service life of the spindle, the user should warm up the machine after handover to ensure the service life of the spindle

2. When the temperature difference between the spindle shaft and the sleeve is too large, it is easy to cause the spindle bearing to burn out The temperature setting of the oil cooler must be based on the temperature in winter and summer

3. The daily high-speed operation time shall not exceed 1/4 of the daily processing time.

4. It is recommended to maintain the spindle operating speed at the normal operating speed (85% of the maximum spindle speed) for machining.

5. At normal operating speed, the continuous running time of the spindle shall not exceed 8 hours. Every 8 hours of spindle operation, the spindle needs to be slowed down to low speed for 1 hour.

6. The outer ring of the spindle is blown with air, and the pressure standard is set between 1.2 kilograms per square centimeter and 1.5 kilograms per square centimeter.

7. When blowing iron filings with an air gun without a tool or handle on the spindle, extra caution should be taken to prevent iron filings powder/water from entering the spindle taper hole, which can lead to poor spindle accuracy or even damage.

8. The spindle of the milling and turning composite machine tool is under normal use, with a 1-year warranty for parts and a 1600/hr warranty for bearings. Attention: When running the spindle daily, it is necessary to first confirm whether the blowing of the outer ring of the spindle is normal.
