In stamping factories, it is common to hear complaints from quality inspectors about the uneven surface of Metal Stamping parts. In fact, most of this is caused by dust or iron filings adhering to the material or stamping die surface during the processing. In order to save costs in all aspects, stamping workers need to know the following points to minimize the occurrence of these problems during the processing.
1. Iron powder is generated when the coil material is cut off; After cutting the coil material, there are burrs left on the cutting surface, and there are dirt and stains attached during the storage or transportation of the sheet material; 2. Metal stamping die: Iron powder is generated when the drawing bead is burned, and the protrusion and depression of the stamping part are caused by the unreasonable position of the limit exhaust hole of the drawing die and the protrusion and depression caused by the shear die;
3. Improper speed setting of the robotic arm can lead to collisions and other issues when entering the stamping mold, resulting in defective stamping parts.
As long as workers pay a little attention to these issues during processing, they can minimize waste to the greatest extent possible.
