Shenzhen EMAR Precision Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in high-precision CNC machine tool external processing. Next, we will share with you various machining manuals related to precision machining in the field of machining. It is recommended to collect them. Today, let‘s take a look at the operation manuals related to CNC Machining centers and CNC lathes.
1 Operation Manual for CNC Machining Center
The content of the assignment:
1. Power on
After turning on, adjust the power to the on position, wait for the initialization process of the tie wrap, press the CE button to cancel the Powerinterrupted and ITC intelligent thermal compensation functions, then open the front door of the machine, close the front door of the machine, press the power button, and press the starter three times to perform the action of resetting the X, Y, and Z axis remote points. Wait for the main pre lubrication, and after about ten minutes, the alarm will naturally be released;
2. Shut down
In manual mode, press the page turning button, find the shutdown button and press it until the machine displays a prompt box for China saying "Nowyoucan switch off the TN Corp press the END key to Restart the control", then turn off the power and go to the shutdown position;
3. Emergency stop
There are three emergency stop switches on the machine. In case of an emergency or inability to stop, the emergency stop button can be pressed to control the machine. The reset of the emergency stop is usually done by rotating the emergency stop switch and pressing the CR button to cancel the alarm;
4. It should be noted that:
a. If it is not the designated operator, it is prohibited to start and operate the machine;
b. It is strictly prohibited to use an air gun to blow into the spindle to avoid damage to the spindle;
c. New employees should have experienced employees nearby to guide them when using the machine, and should not be allowed to use it alone to prevent accidents from happening;
d. It is strictly prohibited to accelerate the spindle directly beyond 10000 revolutions per minute. Cycle 9 should be used to increase the speed to avoid damage to the spindle caused by excessive acceleration;
e. Before processing, it is necessary to confirm whether the workpiece has been clamped to prevent it from flying out during processing;
f. At any time, the feed rate should reach the zero position and then gradually increase;
g. If you want to use Presettable, confirm before processing whether the program has added cycle247 to call the coordinates in Presettable to prevent processing errors;
h. When shutting down, be sure to check if there is a knife on the spindle, and it is strictly prohibited to turn off the toilet on the spindle;
i. When changing shifts, handover should be done properly, but the machine tool should also be checked for any unresolved issues;
j. If encountering unknown alarm phenomena, the code and error content should be checked first, and relevant management personnel should be informed to handle them;
k. Before using the machine, it is necessary to confirm whether various types of oil are sufficient and try to complete periodic maintenance to extend the service life of the machine;
l. Waste oil should be properly handled and it is strictly prohibited to add it back to the machine;
2 Operation manual for CNC lathe
The content of the assignment
1. Power on:
Firstly, it is necessary to confirm the external conditions, including the output voltage of the power supply of 220V, the cutting fluid of the machine, and the oil levels and pressures of the motor pressure oil and guide rail oil;
Turn on the main switch of the external power supply, adjust the power switch of the electrical control box behind the machine to the ON state, turn on the control switch (ControlON) I key on the machine operation panel, wait for the machine to complete the start-up, and then use the single machine control switch (ControlON) I key. After the machine is started, move the turret to the mechanical remote point or tool changing point;
2. Shut down
Blow away the iron filings and cutting fluid inside the machine with an air gun, then quickly move the tool tower of the machine to the mechanical remote point or tool change point. If the machine is not used for a long time, spray anti rust oil on the three jaw chuck and the guide rail of the tool tower inside the machine, then turn off the control switch (ControlOFF) O key on the operation panel, wait for the CRT display of the machine to be turned off, then turn off the power switch of the electrical control box behind the machine, and finally turn off the external power switch to confirm that all power sources have been turned off;
3. It should be noted that:
a. The oil used in various parts of the machine needs to be specified and added in a timely manner, including: ① cutting oil for the machine, water-soluble cutting oil TD208, once a month; ② Machine rail oil, Shell T68, once a week; ③ Hydraulic motor pressure oil No. 32, every six months;
b. The environment around the lathe should be kept clean and tidy at all times;
c. If the hands are wet, it is not allowed to press the controller or switch;
