1 Operation Manual for CNC Machining Center

1. Power on

d. It is strictly prohibited to accelerate the spindle directly beyond 10000 revolutions per minute. Cycle 9 should be used to increase the speed to avoid damage to the spindle caused by excessive acceleration;

e. Before processing, it is necessary to confirm whether the workpiece has been clamped to prevent it from flying out during processing;

f. At any time, the feed rate should reach the zero position and then gradually increase;

g. If you want to use Presettable, confirm before processing whether the program has added cycle247 to call the coordinates in Presettable to prevent processing errors;

h. When shutting down, be sure to check if there is a knife on the spindle, and it is strictly prohibited to turn off the toilet on the spindle;

i. When changing shifts, handover should be done properly, but the machine tool should also be checked for any unresolved issues;

j. If encountering unknown alarm phenomena, the code and error content should be checked first, and relevant management personnel should be informed to handle them;

k. Before using the machine, it is necessary to confirm whether various types of oil are sufficient and try to complete periodic maintenance to extend the service life of the machine;

l. Waste oil should be properly handled and it is strictly prohibited to add it back to the machine;

1. Power on:

a. The oil used in various parts of the machine needs to be specified and added in a timely manner, including: ① cutting oil for the machine, water-soluble cutting oil TD208, once a month; ② Machine rail oil, Shell T68, once a week; ③ Hydraulic motor pressure oil No. 32, every six months;

b. The environment around the lathe should be kept clean and tidy at all times;

c. If the hands are wet, it is not allowed to press the controller or switch;
