　　1. Component products with larger size and heavier weight

　　The difficulty is average: the processing cost is approximately 1:1 compared to the raw material cost of the entire part, which is inversely proportional to the purchase quantity.

　　Difficult: The ratio of processing costs to the cost of raw materials for the entire part is approximately 1.2 to 1.5:1, which is inversely proportional to the purchase volume.

　　2. Smaller and lighter parts

　　The difficulty is average: the processing cost is approximately 2 to 3:1 compared to the raw material cost of the entire part, which is inversely proportional to the purchase volume.

　　2. According to the hourly cost of equipment required for each process, the processing cost can be calculated. You can also ask the supplier for the specific equipment cost, for example: ordinary vertical plus is between 60 yuan and 80 yuan per hour (tax included); ordinary equipment such as milling machines and general vehicles are generally 45 yuan.

　　3. Add packaging and transportation, management fees, tooling tools, and profits in proportion to the price. Of course, the price will have a lot to do with the annual purchase volume and difficulty of the part to a certain extent.
