First, some problems existing in precision stamping processing plants:
1. The customer‘s phone rings non-stop every day to urge goods, and he has to urge raw materials and electroplating factories every day. He is very busy every day, but most of them are "busy";
2. The hardware stamping parts produced are unqualified, and they make the same mistake a few days later. Make changes, change mistakes, and keep cycling;
3. The raw materials, semi-products, scraps, and products in the precision stamping processing plant are disorderly, and when raw materials are required, it takes a long time to find them.
4. After the finished stamping parts are produced and the stamping dies are replaced, the corresponding raw materials, things, and spare parts cannot be cleaned up in time, causing chaos.
5. Stamping workers cannot operate the punching machine in accordance with safety regulations, and workers can be seen operating in violation of regulations at any time. Workers have low production power and do not obey arrangements.
Second, the solution to the problem:
1. After setting the production period with the customer, the production plan must be customized in advance, and the raw materials required must be purchased according to the production plan at the first moment. Raw material suppliers must choose regular manufacturers;
2. The quality of stamped parts must be stable. After a problem occurs, a meeting of technical, production, and quality inspection departments should be arranged to identify the cause of the problem and quickly determine a solution.
3. Make an overall plan for the workshop of the precision stamping processing plant, and establish a raw material area, a semi-product area, and a product area. Each section should not interfere with each other.
4. After producing a certain standard Metal Stamping part, the stamping die should be marked and placed in the mold storage area.
5. It is necessary to conduct regular production training for workers and continuously strengthen their awareness of safe production. The workshop director must be responsible for the supervision and management of workers.
