4. Selection of stamping equipment

Due to the fact that stamping and stretching parts is a process that produces severe deformation, it is best to use a hydraulic press for processing. The stamping process of a mechanical press is too fast, and the surface quality of the product cannot meet the requirements during processing.

5. Selection of raw materials

Regarding precision stamping parts, when selecting raw materials, be sure to choose soft and simple drawing materials. For some special products, annealing while drawing should also be considered.
