3. Safety protection for punching machines

(1) Mechanical protection

Push hand type: This is a kind of protection equipment that is linked with the punch slider and pushes the worker‘s hand away from the die port through the swing of the baffle.

Swing bar hand guard equipment: It is a device that uses the principle of leverage to remove the hand.

Handle safety equipment: It is a device that uses pulleys, levers and ropes to link the worker‘s hand movements with the movement of the slider.

(2) Dual switch control system

The slider will only start when the stamping worker‘s hands press two buttons together. This completely eliminates the possibility of the worker putting his hand into the die during the processing of precision stamping parts and the punch starting.

(3) Safety grating

The punch of the equipment safety grating is equivalent to forming a protected area for the entire risk area. When workers enter the safety grating protection area, the punch cannot be started.
