What points should stamping parts manufacturers pay attention to during lathe processing?
1. Be sure to wear work clothes before work, and the work clothes should not be too loose, and the neckline, cuffs and hem should be tight to a certain extent. Wear a work cap. For employees with long hair, the hair must be pressed into the hat and must not be exposed. Wear protective shoes and must not wear gloves when operating the lathe.
2. Before running the lathe, it is necessary to fill the oil hole for machine lubrication, check whether the moving parts of the machine tool and various switches are safe and reliable, and check whether the clamping of the tool and workpiece is reliable. Workpieces, fixtures, measuring tools and other objects are not allowed to be stacked on the bed.
3. After the lathe is running, generally stand on the right side of the lathe, and the head should not be too close to the workpiece. Wear protective glasses when necessary to avoid chip injury.
4. In parking conditions or when the spindle gear is in the emptying position, clamp the workpiece. After clamping the workpiece, remove the chuck wrench in time to avoid hurting people.
5. It is necessary to install the workpiece and the tool firmly together, otherwise it will fly out and hurt people.
6. When automatically feeding, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the limit position of the saddle or the carriage to prevent the skateboard from falling off or bumping the chuck and causing personal and equipment safety accidents.
7. It is necessary to concentrate energy during operation. It is not allowed to leave the machine privately. It is necessary to close the power supply when it is necessary to leave. The operator‘s head, hands and body parts cannot be too close to the rotating machine parts during operation in the stamping parts manufacturer.
8. When the lathe is running, it is necessary to change the spindle speed after the lathe is stopped; change the handle orientation of the feed box to be carried out at low speed; if it is not running, touch the rotating workpiece by hand and measure the rotating workpiece with a measuring tool; if it is not running, use a special hook to remove the chips.
9. If any abnormal situation occurs during operation, the power supply of the lathe should be immediately turned off and the operation can only be continued after troubleshooting.
10. When the lathe is stopped, the workpiece will continue to rotate due to inertia. At this time, it is not allowed to stop the rotating workpiece or chuck by hand.
11. After the operation is completed, the power supply of the lathe should be closed first, and then the chips should be removed, the machine should be cleaned, lubricated, and the large trailer should be shaken to the rear end. Keep the working environment neat and clean.
