Equipment chassis rack processing how to maintain a good appearance
Equipment chassis rack processing has corresponding technologies and processes for the production of sheet metal chassis. The influence of different atmospheres in different environments will bring different effects to the chassis and cabinet, so we need to deal with the chassis as a whole according to different situations.
Equipment chassis rack processing explains that it has a good external image for sheet metal chassis cabinets, but long-term outdoor work will have a great impact on it. Therefore, the surface treatment of the sheet metal shell of the chassis cabinet will have a high impact on it.
In the process of surface pretreatment of the chassis cabinet, the surface can be sprayed or painted, so that we can choose the appropriate method to increase the service life and lifespan of the sheet metal chassis cabinet according to different specific circumstances.
As we all know, the shell of the chassis is made of sheet metal. All parts are made of stainless steel rolled plates. When processing the chassis rack, you must pay attention to a few points when accepting the processed chassis:
1. Sheet metal cabinets are not allowed to have visible tilt or local crooked or twisted phenomena. The verticality of the frame column and the base is less than 1.5mm. During testing, the upper surface of the base is used as the reference, and the inner surface of the upper end of the column is used as the measurement point.
2. The parallelism between the top frame and the base is less than 1mm. The detection points are the upper surface of the base and the lower surface of the top frame, and they are the reference to each other. It can also be detected by measuring the length of the diagonal of the six sides, and the difference should not exceed 2.5mm. For those with medium baffles, the parallelism between the top frame and the base can be relaxed to 1.5mm, and the parallelism between the middle baffle and the top frame or the base is less than 1mm.
3. The absolute value of the diagonal difference between the upper and lower frames is less than 1.5mm.
4. The columns should not be distorted, and the parallelism between the two end lines connected to the upper and lower frames and the adjacent planes of the frames should be less than 0.5mm.
5. Supporting the slides of the box, the parallelism of the working surface composed of the left and right slides of the same layer to the upper surface of the base is 1mm, and the absolute value of the gap between the two adjacent panels after the box is loaded shall not exceed 0.6mm.
