In the early stage, you need to know a little mechanical foundation. It is necessary to know mechanical drawings. You must understand the processing drawings, right?
Be familiar with the GM function code first, and then start with a simple program. To cooperate with practice, it will take time.
Determine a learning software, UG, MC, PM, WNC,... Pick one used by people around you, or what you like to learn.
With the machine, you can first operate the machine, be familiar with the structure and process characteristics of drilling, milling, boring, grinding, and planing machines, and be familiar with the performance of processing materials.
Manual programming may not be possible in the early stage, but the software learning is almost complete, and simple flying surface punching must be known.
You need to set a goal for yourself, from shallow to deep, and put your program on the machine to run. Practice and theoretical learning will be faster!
These are some of my own experiences in summarizing cnc processing and sharing them with you.
